Patients invoicing
The Patients invoicing application was conceived for the Quebec's health care institutions. Its great flexibility makes it possible to integrate it to all the financial and intake systems. The application takes in charge all the steps of patients invoicing process.
CSST electronic
The electronic CSST application can be integrated to the Account Payable and Patients invoicing applications for an Internet management of the payments. The application received its compliance certificate emitted by the CSST.
Tax compensation
The Tax compensation module was designed for the health care institutions of the province of Quebec. It ensures the management of the suppliers invoices and the payment approvals required by the governement of Quebec for the emission of the payments.
Budget
The Budget application includes three modules that facilitate the making of centralized or decentralized budget. Several automatisms are available relatively to time/wage/employ budgeting and account of amonts and account of units budgeting.
Direct deposit module
The Direct deposit module can be integrate to the Accounts payable application of the Financial Surffin software package for the production of suppliers payment by direct deposit. A simple inscription to the supplier file is enough to engage the automatic payment process during the general cheques production.
Direct withdrawal module
The Direct withdrawal module can be integrated to the
Accounts receivable of the Financial Suffin sofware package to allow the
electronic perception of the customers invoice. A simple inscription to
the customer file is enough to engage the electronic perception process for
all types of invoices: invoices of products and services, lodging
invoices, etc.
