Our software includes all the applications of financial and budgetary management to support the managers in their daily tasks.

Surffin financial can be integrated to any other financial systems but it is more likely to be adapt to the other Surffin software : Surffin Provisioning and Surffin Payroll HR.

As all the other product of the Surffin family, this software can be easily customize.

General Ledger

The General Ledger application offers great possibilities of configuration and can be easily adapt to the specific needs of each organization, small or large. It can keeps up to date multiple projects accountancy at the same. The General Ledger is the core of Surffin Financial.

Accounts Payable

The application manage the suppliers files (invoices, terms, payment, statistics, etc.), the working capital needs, the automatic production of the payments (cheque or deposit), the age of the accounts payable, the banking conciliation and the engagements to pay.

Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable application permit the complete management of the clients file (invoices, terms, statistics, etc.) The application also manage the different types of invoicing (manual or automatic).

Budget

The Budget application includes three modules that facilitate the making of centralized or decentralized budget. Several automatisms are available relatively to time/wage/employ budgeting and account of amonts and account of units budgeting.

Financial Reports

The Surffin's Financial Report generator was especially design to answer the needs of managers. It enables the defintion of specific formats (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Adobe) for financial states, financial reports and budgetary control documents.

Financial Analysis

This module allows an interactive analysis of the financial results and budgetary comparisons by department, with a dynamic search engine that cover even the virtual source documents.
