Purchase Orders

The Purchase Orders application manages the emission of the purchase orders from the requisition of purchase; as it generates automatically the orders, it takes account of the other deliveries and the multiple addresses, purchases, origins, deliveries, etc. It also manages the spread out invoicing and the multiple accountant distributions by order of item. |
Decentralized Requisitions

The Decentralized requisition application manages the inventory of requisitions and of purchase in 3 stages: the entry of the requisition by the applicants, the outflow of the requisition by the storekeeper or the purchaser and the control of the requisition. |
Contracts

The Contracts application assure the management of the request fore quotes made to the suppliers, the reception and analyses of the tendes of the articles put under contracts and the direct purchase. It permit the user to produce comparative tables of the tenders and to quote the suppliers. |
