A decentralized approach

Our software covers all the aspects of the provisioning cycle: the past purchases to the direct expenditure and the credits of furniture and equipment.

Surffin Provisioning can be integrate to other financial systems but it is more likely to be adapt to the Surffin Financial software. 

As all the other product of the Surffin family, Surffin Provisioning can be customize.

Inventory

 

The inventory application manage the articles inventoried and those that are currently purchase as well as the detailed lists of articles by warehouse and supplier. Fast mechanisms are use to cumulate the receptions, requisitions and adjustments. Also, the newest generation of automatic controls were employed to avoid any kind of repetition: the system cumulates by itself the histories of consumption and purchase.  


Purchase Orders

 

The Purchase Orders application manages the emission of the purchase orders from the requisition of purchase; as it generates automatically the orders, it takes account of the other deliveries and the multiple addresses, purchases, origins, deliveries, etc. It also manages the spread out invoicing and the multiple accountant distributions by order of item.


Decentralized Requisitions

 

The Decentralized requisition application manages the inventory of requisitions and of purchase in 3 stages: the entry of the requisition by the applicants, the outflow of the requisition by the storekeeper or the purchaser and the control of the requisition.


Contracts

 

The Contracts application assure the management of the request fore quotes made to the suppliers, the reception and analyses of the tendes of the articles put under contracts and the direct purchase. It permit the user to produce comparative tables of the tenders and to quote the suppliers. 


Furnitures and Equipments

 

The Furnitures and Equipments application manage the acquisition, amortization, provision, localization, maintenance, repairs made at the intern or extern as well as the guarantees of furniture and the equipment.
