The teacher’s initial training management software GESFIM is a software package that was conceived to allow an integrated management of the teachers’ initial training center database at the Faculté des sciences de l’éducation de l’Université de Montréal. Ex-l-tec has developed this package in partnership with his customer. GESFIM is in use at UDM since June 2006. With his high flexibility of integration, GESFIM could easily be installed in other sites having similar needs. | ||
The student file management

GESFIM manages the student files in three sides:

The internship side, records all the student’s internship information and preserves an historic. The academic side, allows the follow-up of the student’s academic files and assures the satisfaction to the requirements starting from registration up until the completion of their diploma. The french side, accumulates the student’s results at the french and mathematic exams and specifies if these results satisfy the requirements. |
The employees attribution management
GESFIM allows the planning and coordination of the student’s internship. It also helps to associate students to establishments and school commissions, schools, teachers and internship supervisors. GESFIM helps respect the student’s choices during the granting of internships.

GESFIM allows the management of granting of classes to teachers
and part-time lecturers as well as the granting of tasks to the
supervisors based on the rules of admissibility and points.

Update gateways
GESFIM is provided with gateways that assure the constant update of academic and human resources data.
