The R & D Research and development are at the heart of our priorities. It allows us to continually explore new avenues and technology, as they become available.

Projets

Each year since 1998, our research and development projects were initiated in fields related to software development. Many of these projects allow us to explore new technological avenues. The concrete results have been applied to our product line.

Technology

Specifically, R&D is at the base of the migration of our products towards open architecture; Java versions, universal known databases, various operating systems. More recently, R&D has allowed us to integrate our software products to the Internet, Microsoft Office, and electronic mail, as well as allowing us to open corporate databases through company intranets

Assistance

Ex-l-tec benefits from government grants from both the provincial and federal levels, who recognise our efforts in R&D.  We are conscious of the importance of long term R&D in the business development cycle, Ex-l-tec has adapted a R&D re-investment policy.
